In his previous life, David tended bars in South Beach, Miami and in the Hamptons, where client centricity is crucial.
He went on to lead commercial teams at The Guardian, designing products and selling partnerships to the likes of Google, IDEO, Vodafone and the United Nations. In 2011, David founded True & North with one question in mind:

With an academic background in Digital Anthropology, Alexandra is an expert in the human relationship with digital technology, with an incredible understanding of the challenges and opportunities of modern businesses.
She’s worked in senior research and strategy roles for Facebook, ITV and Guardian News & Media. She’s also highly skilled in design thinking and ethnographic methods which enable her to see the world from the perspective of clients, customers and tech users.
Having previously worked in communications, finance and the public sector, Kebiana has a wealth of experience in people-first sectors.
She became passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve their full potential when she started managing The UK-Albania Tech Hub, an accelerator designed to grow scale start-ups for international market entry.
She’s built on this by supporting all True & North’s Entrepreneur clients on the road to success, alongside organising digital workshops production.
