Luciana spent the last 16 years building some of the best-known brands in the beauty and food and delivering strong commercial results.
Throughout her career, Luciana has successfully launched new products and brands, turned around troubled businesses and prepared successful ones for future challenges. She has proudly led high-performing cross-functional teams, taking an active role in recruiting and developing talent.
More recently, she has become a partner in a growing professional training & coaching business to support them in the next phase of their evolution. Some of her days are spent on organisational design and building investment strategies. Others on learning how to use Mailchimp.
Luciana is valued for her ability to spot and seize new opportunities, willingness to test and learn and pragmatism.
Outside of work, when she is not dragging her kids to the beach in Cascais, you can find Luciana at a yoga class or pursuing her quest to find the best facial on the block.
