Luciana spent nearly 20 years building some of the best-known brands in beauty and food and delivering strong commercial results, before joining True & North in 2021 to support its growth and evolution.
Throughout her career, she has successfully launched new products and brands, turned around troubled businesses and prepared thriving ones for future challenges. She is most proud to have led high-performing cross-functional teams, playing an active role in recruiting and developing talent.
Outside of work, when she is not dragging her kids to the beach in Cascais, Luciana can be found at a yoga class or on a relentless quest to find the best facial in town.
David Clayton started his career tending bars in South Beach, Miami and in the Hamptons, where client-centricity is crucial. He went on to lead commercial teams at The Guardian, designing products and selling partnerships to the likes of Google, IDEO, Vodafone and the United Nations.
In 2011, David founded True & North – with one question in mind: “How can we give busy people the tools to master their client relationships?”
