The Oman Technology Fund (OTF) set out to position Oman as a premier regional hub for innovation. To succeed, they needed to ensure their portfolio companies were not just funded, but commercially viable. The challenge was to give a global cohort of founders a unified, practical method for selling their ideas and securing partnerships.
Solution
From 2018 to 2020, True & North was responsible for key elements of the OTF‘s Entrepreneur Education Curriculum. We delivered Client-centred Thinking, a methodology that simplifies complex client interactions into human-centred steps, with workshops and coaching sessions in Muscat, London and online.
By providing founders with a tangible toolbox of skills, we helped them move from technical idea to scalable business with the confidence to land clients faster.
